For our Client, the international IT company that expands its business in Katowice, we are currently looking for the candidates interested in the position of Testing Manager.

Testing Manager will lead and manage a large testing groups, including multiple TL's, manage, support and advice the QA Team Leaders and implement working process and methodologies. Additionally, person on the position of Testing Manager will maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with the project's development and delivery teams.

To be successful on this position you need to have at least 10 years of QA experience and at least 3 years of experience as a QA manager leading multiple QA teams or extensive experience in managing large testing teams. We are looking for candidate with experience in working in global high-tech companies including offshore, preferably software/product companies or financial systems and experienced with customer facing and presentation skills. Due to work in international environment very good English is a must.
