Transition Manager - NEW PROJECT

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for successful migration
- Building and managing knowledge within the project team
- Preparing migration plans and documentation
- Monitor the integrity and accuracy of internal controls and outputs
- Lead process improvement projects
- Assist supervisor on special request
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- Fluent command of English (additional language would be an asset)
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in migration process (must have)
- Min. 2 years’ experience in team management
- Knowledge of clients internal control system is essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with SAP will be an asset
- Experience in a Shared Services environment (must have)
- Flexible in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure and time constrains
- Demonstrated commitment to the principles of effective teamwork and achievement of team objectives
