Miejsce pracy: Katowice
- Setting and deleting accounts in Active Directory
- Setting new mailboxes in MS Exchange
- Setting new and resetting VPN connections
- Completing change requests based on scripts
- Participating and automating in URM Process
- Cooperating on daily basis with security administrators on the use cases improvements
- Preparation and maintenance of the security service documentation
- Working on the process improvements
- Monitoring of user accounts synchronization
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field of study
- Good understanding of Active Directory, processes related with setting up user accounts
- Good communication skills, customer oriented and a structured, analytical approach
- Strong analytical skills
- ITIL process and principles uderstanding
- B2 level (or higher) of Spoken and Written English including technical vocabulary
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in one of the scripting languages: Powershell, Python
- ITIL Certification
- basic knowledge of M365 environment
- Basic hands-on experience with security related tools
