- Planning experimental work by ensuring availability of all resources including materials, methods, equipment, human resources and functional facility
- Execution of experimental work by working with junior scientists and technicians and providing clear guidance
- Liaising with internal process analytics team to arrange for assays to be performed
- Supporting documentation for equipment calibration and qualification
- Interpreting and analyzing assay results
- Writing high-quality reports describing any experimental work performed
- Degree in engineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering or other related fields
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience working within GDevP environment
- Experience in operating 10 L, 1L or other types of bioreactor cultures
- Experience in Cryopreservation, Revival and Inoculum Expansion of mammalian cell cultures in flasks
- Strong knowledge of bioprocess engineering
- Experience in professional liaison with internal and external teams to facilitate scientific work in a timely manner
- Excellent oral presentation skills
- Experience in writing reports to a high standard
- Fluency in English
- Readiness to work on weekends to support USP activities
- Primary Recovery knowledge is preferred but not a must
