Your Team
•You will work in the team of User Experience Specialists and experienced team of Adoption Change Specialists (responsible for proper communication of digital changes to the End User’s and providing them with tools ensuring better understanding and higher adoption of new tools and services).
•Your work would be project-based. You will work directly with different stakeholders from Capgemini and from Clients side. There are different projects delivered: web applications, bots, IT infrastructure and smart workplaces.
Responsibilities
•Supporting requirements development by analyzing target audience, objectives, user needs, and business needs.
•Planning research strategy, conducting different studies and analyses qualitative and quantitative data at various stages.
•Developing Personas, User scenarios, User Journey, user/task flows, wireframes etc.
•Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to present and support usability tests of user interface design concepts.
•Ensuring that a consistent and cohesive user experience is maintained throughout project execution.
•Evaluating state of the art and emerging product design in competitive spaces and interpret relevant trends in user interaction technologies and practices.
•Demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics with the Capgemini Technical Consultants and Architects, Clients’ business representatives, Technical Experts and other stakeholders on a daily basis.

•The User Experience (UX) Analyst will partner technology teams to create effective, usable and satisfying user experiences within IT related projects – both tools and services.
•This role is responsible for designing and conducting both user-focused product design research and usability tests for technology applications, smart workplaces and other digital experiences.
•Based on a clear understanding of business goals, User Experience Analyst will assist in developing the UX research strategy and plan for each project, including validation of End Users’ needs.
