UX/UI Designer
Location: Katowice

Main tasks:
- taking full responsibility for developing software,
- working on web applications using the latest versions of industry standard frameworks and Microsoft`s development tools,
- using TDD/BDD and variety of automation tools on daily basis,
- having long term vision of multiple projects,
- using English every day in communication with employees in the US, UK and Japan part of autonomous team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing of user experience, interactions and usability for web applications,
- Working knowledge of customer journey map, value proposition canvas, business model canvas,
- Ability to define personas, identify usability problems and propose solutions,
- Proven experience in prototyping using variety of analog and digital techniques,
- Experience in preparing use cases, user flows and wireflows,
- Focus on continuous improvements,
- Being a team player with good communication skills,
- Good knowledge of English.
