Fujitsu Research and Development Line of Business located in Lodz and Katowice is looking for the Technical Consultant Engineer to support the Fujitsu EMEIA Customers for Integrated Systems.
The purpose of the role is to provide a technical expertise and support to EMEIA region countries in order to assure local teams get the best possible support in preparing their RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, running Demos and PoCs as well as answering technical questions leading to new business opportunities win.
Joining us will give you the opportunity to technically develop yourself in the area of technological domain related to Fujitsu products and solutions.
You will be a part of fast growing R&D facility (400+ Engineers) located in Lodz and Katowice with focus on establishing global R&D delivery department.
- Contributing to the definition of offerings and design of Customers’ IT infrastructure architecture of significant size and complexity
- Providing a technological backbone for pre- and post-sales of Integrated Systems and Solutions
- Defining the approach to larger and more complex solutions development, acceptance testing
- Controlling the technical scope and the work of the design teams
- Preparing and reviewing the documentation to ensure that the latest information is published on the relevant Customers’ and Partners’ portals
- Providing online presentations and demonstrations of key technologies to assist with knowledge transfers within Fujitsu
- Providing support for online webinars (moderating, recording, publishing)
- Providing support for Demo Labs based in UK and DE (patching, updating, licensing, etc…)
- Updating FAQ pages and Community Forum pages with the relevant key technology information
- Hardware knowledge with the proven record of work within Data Centers (x86 computer systems, servers, storage systems, switches, data center infrastructure, virtualization, etc…)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in networking technologies (switching, VLANs, routing, etc…)
- Experience in virtualized solutions based on VMWare with Windows and Linux
- Fluent English language skills
- Proven participation in overall infrastructure or solution architecture design for complex projects or solutions
- Experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
- Experience in delivering online content, documentation, demonstrations, presentations of key industry technologies
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
