- Manage employee database by gathering information from Operations/HR;
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality standards;
- Utilize WFM systems/Excel to calculate requirements based on forecast data;
- Conduct Intraday Performance meetings and communicate optimal recommendations;
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting to support operational decision making.
- Language: Proficiency in English (C1);
- Advanced computer literature skills (Microsoft Excel and Outlook);
- One year or more of experience in WFM environment;
- Flexibility to adapt to new tools or systems;
- Available for Full-Time Job;
- Language: Proficiency in Polish (B2);
- Strong attention to detail;
- Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to solve problems.
- Contract of employment/ mandate contract;

- 8-hour shifts, five days a week (Monday to Sunday - 24/7 operational schedule);
- Remote work (The ability to connect the computer to the router via an Ethernet cable is essential).
