- participate in projects to implement SAP Payroll systems globally (including IP Polska)•Provide second line technical support of SAP Payroll application for the company’s global user base,
- represent EMEA within the global IT Application Services organization. Interact with operational and supervisory personnel within Application Services,
- promote the benefits that global HR software applications can bring to the enterprise,
- support ITSS innovation projects, process redesign and strategies aimed at continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities:
The SAP Payroll Analyst would have the following detailed responsibilities:
- Project work - upcoming project work for Design and Implementation delivery - Poland payroll other EMEA payroll,
- Basic to Medium complexity global enhancements as identified through the standard HR Services model to include: Analysis & Design; Technical Solution determination; Effort Estimation ; Functional Spec writing; Configuration & Documentation; IT Acceptance Testing,
- Responsibility for ongoing global activities specific to the Payroll space to include:
• Mass wage increases
• Pay scale group changes
• ADP Master Tax issue troubleshooting
• Complex 3rd Party Interface Support
• Monitoring of US/Canada Payroll processes
• Basic to medium level troubleshooting of US/Asia/Canada payroll processing
• Year-end/Year-begin activities

- bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 3 – 4 years of multi-project experience, including at least 1 Global SAP payroll implementation
- 6 - 8 years of SAP experience preferred

- SAP HR configuration experience in the following areas is preferred:
• SAP Payroll, Benefits, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration
• Familiar with IDOC and ALE processes
• Knowledgeable of the SAP integration between the SAP HR modules and external systems like SAP ECC/BW, SAP Portals, Success Factors
