Responsibilities:
- Technical support for ERP system users
- Provide verbal and written information for customers
- Close cooperation with R&D depertament
- Document issues clearly and concisely in the call handling system
- Identify opportunities for service improvement
- Maintain perfect relations with clients
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- IT experience (IT engineer, IT Support, Helpdesk, ERP Consultant etc.)
- Customer Service skills
- ERP systems knowladge
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills
