1st line IT support/ Helpdesk with English and Italian/ German/ French

Currently we are looking for people, who would like to be a part of a new IT Helpdesk Support team in a fast growing, multinational company based in Kraków.

Primary responsibilities include providing hardware and software support for clients (via e-mail and phone), delivering an excellent customer service by following procedures and standards provided by the company.

To be successful in this role you should have some experience in Customer Service role, previous experience in IT field would be an assets, but it’s not essential. The perfect candidate would be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Italian, German or French. The applicant must be computer literate, exhibit a strong communicational and problem- solving skills and be ready to work in a shift system.
