Tasks and responsibilities:
- take autonomous responsibility for receiving, analysis and follow-up on support requests, in line with internal Maintenance & Support processes
- identify, record and classify problems of various complexity and impact
- assure requests are accounted for in SLA, in order to assure timely and effective solution of customers’ re formulate and test solutions to incidents, in close collaboration with development team in order to propose adequate and timely solutions to the customer's
Must have:
- roubleshooting experience
- basic knowledge of .NET programming
- basic knowledge of T-SQL
- confident with Microsoft operating systems and applications
- communicative English
