We are a team of over 1,000 specialists from various fields, united by a common goal: advancing JTI Group's international business operations. Our expertise spans finance, marketing, sales, HR, research & development, legal & regulatory affairs, and global supply chain. The Global Business Service Center, JTI GBS, is located in the office complex of Fabryka Norblina and occupies two floors of the building. It boasts a modern office space of 6 thousand square meters! Our GBS office in Warsaw has received a world-class recognition for creating an office space that meets sustainable development requirements and has obtained the BREEAM certification.

In addition to achieving the highest BREEAM Outstanding certification rating, our GBS office has also been recognized as the most environmentally friendly space among all assessed buildings in Poland, thus receiving the second highest rating in the world. This result is a testament to the joint efforts and dedication put into creating a new office space that not only meets but exceeds environmental standards, and supports JTI's long-term commitment to sustainable development.
