Your new company
This globally recognised company located in Wrocław is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Its Accounts to Report team is expanding and they have a job vacancy for a new Finnish-speaking accountant.

Your new role
The main purpose of the role is ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the Financial Shared Service Center according to the requirements of the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (General Ledger). Your key responsibilities will include day to day operations in the General Ledger area: preparing/validating automatic GL-posting, preparing manual GL-postings, reconciling of balance sheet and general ledger accounts, determining accruals and prepayments at month end close, executing general accounting period-end routines in accordance with defined period-end checklists and service level agreements, processing period-end adjustments and accruals, performing general ledger close process, executing period-end checklists, capitalizing fixed assets, maintaining fixed assets, updating Fixed Asset Registry as necessary, performing regular bank reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in accountancy (about 3 or more years) will lead to your success. You have good knowledge of English and Finnish, so you will be able to communicate easily in a business setting. You have a university degree (preferably in Economics/ Finance), you may also have already worked in SAP. As you will take part in transition of accountancy processes, you need to be available for short-term business travels (2 to 6 weeks periods).
