Responsibilities:
- Support the management of manual SOx User Entitlement reviews
- Support the management of risk treatment plans
- Supporting, and maintaining applications or other computer systems,
- Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems,
- Monitor and adjust the performance of existing application resources and predict future application"s needs,
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and by automated network monitoring systems and make recommendations for future system upgrades,
- Carry out data and trend analysis, identifying root causes
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Pro-actively contribute to improving the quality and completeness of processes
- Ensuring timely delivery of tasks and escalation where appropriate.
We require:
- Computer skills,
- Analytical, and communication skills,
- Strong problem-solving,
- Quick learner, constructively applying skills to changing tasks,
- Service minded with very good analytical skills,
- Great sense of responsibility,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Assertiveness,
- Team oriented, with good relationship-making skills,
- Good knowledge of English (in writing and speaking) is a must,
- Good knowledge of banking system (Score).
