Account Executive
Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Zadania:
  • koordynacja i bieżące monitorowanie postępu prac projektowych wewnątrz agencji,
  • przygotowywanie i koordynowanie prac, w celu tworzenia ofert dla potencjalnych Klientów,
  • bieżące przygotowanie i wydawanie gazetek produktowych oraz materiałów reklamowych,
  • współpraca z działami Trade Marketingu oraz Detalu w zakresie weryfikacji ofert i materiałów,
  • pomoc w przygotowywaniu akcji promocyjnych,
  • tworzenie podstawowej dokumentacji projektowej – kosztorys, harmonogram itp.
Oczekujemy:
  • doświadczenia pracy w Agencji Reklamowej min. 2 lata,
  • bardzo dobrej znajomości pakietu MS Office, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem Excel i ppt,
  • komunikatywności i otwartości,
  • wielozadaniowości oraz umiejętności organizacji pracy własnej i zespołu (umiejętność pracy na harmonogramach),
  • dokładności i sumienności w realizacji powierzonych zadań,
  • samodzielności w realizowaniu powierzonych zadań i umiejętności szybkiego uczenia się,
  • postawy proaktywnej, nastawionej na szukanie rozwiązań,
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w koordynacji projektów eventowych.
