Account Executive

Purpose

 

Global Customer Service Center’s mission is to deliver exceptional customer service to our North American customers. You will be the connection between our customers and internal departments. You will be our customers’ ambassador and your mutual relationship will be critical to the company’s commercial success.

Key Accountabilities
  • Working with your own, defined group of regional customers and maintaining good relationships with them
  • Managing customers’ purchase orders – cooperation with US-based manufacturing, transportation, pricing, and sales departments
  • Full understanding of US paper business, customers’ requirements and market conditions 
  • Working closely with local and regional sales representatives in achieving quarterly goals and objectives
  • Understanding and familiarity with full International Paper product portfolio and business rules
  • Participation in business-related projects
  • Cooperation with team members, support, and providing back-up as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree and at least one year of experience in customer service area would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Customer focus, working to achieve outlined objectives
  • Personal drive towards individual results and team goals
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Computer skills (SAP knowledge will be an asset),  and analytical skills
  • Ability to process high volume of data accurately and efficiently
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening hours
