Account Operations Manager

Responsibilites
- Strong cooperation with Operational Director;
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a team oriented culture within the teams consisting of outsourced employees (e.g. relationship building, participating and organization of team building events, mentoring);
- Resolving all HR related queries within the Account and acting as a first point of contact and first point of escalation for such;
- PMO Team management;
- Ensures process and operating procedure documentation is effective and in place at all times;
- Identification of process improvement needs and their execution in order to constantly improve employee experience within the company and according to business needs e.g. Internal Background Check process;
- Data analysis, sharing and engaging with stakeholders, prioritizing and acting on opportunities for improvement;
- Reporting, managing and acting upon key account KPIs e.g. Utilization Ratio, Compa/Ratio, budget forecasting, holidays, overtimes etc.
- Counseling managers and employees on performance issues and other personnel matters of a sensitive nature
- Invoicing and ordering Process management in constant cooperation with stakeholder from the Client's side
Requirements
- Master or bachelor degree
- Experience in team management,
- Experience in budget and process management,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in hours required by meetings schedule
- Efficient communication skills both verbal and in written form
- Strong interpersonal skills and easy relationship building skills (both internally and with customer, both formal and informal)
- Ability to work within a team and to build the team
- Ability to coordinate with other departments
- Proven innovative and improvement skills
- Energetic and proactive
