Accountancy and Administration Assistant US Market

Duration: limited
Position Description
- Support in collection activities for US & UK market;
- Query handling;
- Constant contact with customers;
- Allocation of incoming payments;
- Preparation of customer master data files for credit management project;
- Working in SAP system.
Position Requirements
- Previous experience, practice or internship in accounting or finance department;
- Background in / during Philology, Economics or Business Administration studies;
- Very good English skills;
- Knowledge of an additional language will be a strong asset.
Personal Requirements
- Good communication skills and accuracy;
- Team player, open minded;
- Willingness to develop in accounting department;
- Willingness to work in shifts (9:00 - 17:30; 12:30 – 21:00; 17:00 – 01:00)
