Due to rapid growth of our organization we are looking for experienced professionals to join our Finance and Accounting projects. We are currently seeking for individuals who could take part in process documentation and transition of AP and AR processes and would form a core part of the F&A team.
Currently we are growing our team in Wroclaw and we are looking for talented person for the role of:
- Accounting maintenance
- Dunning and statement process
- Timely and effective collection of customers payments
- Disputing identification
- Daily cooperation with business units
- Building good relationship with customers
- Reporting
- Effective communication and support across the teams
- Process improvements identification and implementation.
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable process (Collections, Credit Control, Cash Application) or Customer Service
- Experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role would be an asset
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in negotiation
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with targets
- University degree is a must
- Good Excel knowledge would be an asset
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques would be an asset
