Job Description:
- Booking invoices in a timely manner and in accordance with defined processes and client's requirements, as well agreed exceptions
- Reversing invoices for incorrect hosting, blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request
- Customer service: dealing with e-mail and phone queries, maintaining a regular relationship with suppliers and client
- Monitoring Key Metrics to achieve team’s targets, the payables, reconciling balances with suppliers
- Preparing periodical reports, reconciliations and dashboards
- Supporting audit
- Fluent English
- Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish/Danish language skills would be an advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Educational background in finance, accounting or economy is an advantage
- People orientation/team coordination skills
- Pro-active business approach, aimed to resolve business/people issues
- Analytical and project management skills required to drive improvements agenda
- High accuracy and focus on details
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
