Accountant with European languages

For our Client – international, prestigious and worldwide Company which is currently opening new Centre based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Accountants – AP and AR, with English and preferably with other European languages- French/ Italian/ Spanish.

At the position of Accountant you will be responsible for validate and process vendor invoices for the responsible entities within specified deadlines in the ERP system assessing SOX compliance, preparing and ensuring that vendor payments are executed within the established payment terms and respecting the payment schedules; depending on your experiment you will also process daily AR/AP payments, investigate payment discrepancies, performing collections actions, follow-up of outstanding queries/disputes follow up on customer payments, payments plans and escalations if necessary. You will also be responsible for unblocking acceptable orders according in line with the credit policy and escalate to analysts when needed and perform credit analyses for credit limits. One of the daily duties will be also performing AR inter-company reconciliation; follow-up and manage AR ledger accounts, preparing month end reconciliation and produce monthly reporting as well.

An ideal Candidate for this role will hold preferably Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar and have good knowledge of office pack (Excel, Word, Power point). A suitable candidate will have preferably minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable. Fluency in English and both written and spoken is a must. Any other European language- preferably French/ Italian/ Spanish would be an asset. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills.
