For our client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for Swedish-speaking candidates interested in working as an Accountant in Accounts Payable department.
Working on this position you will be responsible for: verification of PO related invoices, occasional manual posting performances within systems, cooperation with business partners & vendors in order to resolve discrepancies, review of statements of account followed by corrective actions, review of requests submitted by vendors through the Help Desk, issuing of Vendor Maintenance Forms for corrections of the vendor data within the ERP systems, interaction with Tax Department in case of disputes, review of the GR/IR Top Ten report on a monthly basis, issuing of Manual Payment Requests, occasional training delivery to new team members.
To be successful on this position you need to speak good (min. B2) Swedish and English, experience or education in finance/ accounting would be an asset. We are looking for candidates with good analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage.
