The duties will include:

Performing operational activities in area of Accounts Payable, Travel Expenses, Fixed Assets, General and Cash Accounting

Executing month end closing steps

Supporting team members in their daily tasks

Being main contact and first escalation point for the customer

Conducting regular conference calls with Turkish speaking client

Performing quality assurance checks
-
Supporting Team Leader to ensure meeting SLA

Escalating operationalissues to the Team Leader

We are looking for candidates with:

Fluent Turkish and English
-
Minimum 1 year of Experience in SSC/BPO

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer and Business orientation

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Working knowledge of SAP

University Degree – Accounting/Finance/Economic preferred
