Our client is a global organisation that is expanding Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, Poland. On behalf of the client we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Swedish language to deal specifically with Accountancy/ Finance related queries.

Main purpose of this role is to handle incoming calls from suppliers providing response to inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information from a financial area.

The right candidate will be responsible for answering calls and responding to Swedish customers’ and suppliers’ requests, both by phone and email. The role will require to research required information using available resources, Identify and escalate priority issues, update suppliers’ database, and register all issues according to standard operating procedures. This role is within the Finance and Accounting department therefore the candidate will be required to deal with customers and suppliers internally and applying relevant finance/ accounting knowledge. Previous experience or knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage.
In order to be successful on this position you should be a customer service focused individual with an excellent language proficiency: fluency in Swedish as well as English. Preferably you should be an economics/ finance related discipline graduate with some experience in Finance/ Accounting ideally. Key competency that our client is looking for is the individual with strong communication skills, problem analysis and problem solving attitude, attentions to details to be able to work in a team, virtual environment and under pressure.
