Currently, due to further development of our operations in Poland we are looking for candidates to fulfil the position of:
Accounting Manager
Location: Poznań
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the tax accounting for the Europe/Africa region
- Lead the statutory accounting process for the Netherlands and the UK ADM entities
- Support regional tax function regarding effective tax rate calculation and other requests
- Support and train regional Controlling teams re tax reporting
- True up calculations and controls of annual tax return in cooperation with the tax department
- Implement continuous improvement culture into processes
Requirements:
- University degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Knowledge and experience in tax accounting and tax filling (deferred tax / current tax)
- Knowledge and experience in statutory accounting fillings, preferably in the Netherlands and the UK will be a plus
- Ability to effectively manage multiple teams and processes, fully utilizing resources, meeting process deadlines and service level expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills to actively listen, clarify, lead or channel a discussion, plan and develop ideas
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
