Job description
- Maintain activities in various cost controlling and reporting areas
- Prepare and provide regular expense reporting to cost center owners
- Collect and consolidate expense actual and plan data to prepare forecasts
- Verify KPI reports and prepare further analyses based on provided by reporting business units and GL team data
- Take responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
- Work closely with the client
- Prepare various adhoc reports
Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate who would like to take over an independent position of Accounting & Reporting Specialist delivering various processes for the team operating in Switzerland. We offer a unique opportunity to cooperate closely with client. The scope of activities is very interesting, complex and includes various activities (e.g. performance management reporting, cost controlling, business partnering, ad hoc analyses).
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in reporting and accounting area
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Very good command of spoken and written English language (min. B2 level)
- Can-do attitude
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and within the team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to business travels
