On the behalf of our client, a leading global investment services company, we are looking for an ambitious and goal oriented Supervisor with German language able to coordinate the daily work of a team of Fund Accountants.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the daily work of Fund Accountants ensuring that procedures, regulations and controls are met or executed in a timely manner. He/she will monitor payments, overdue income and respond to client’s queries.

The Supervisor will closely interact with the Team Manager and keep him/ her advised of processing and accounting issues if required, problem resolution status and internal service delivery status as well as recurring issues that require management follow up. Reconciliation, manual capturing of trades, as well as processing corporate actions are an integral part of the Supervisor role.

REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of professional experience ideally within accounting, financial services or investment administration. Previous experience in the fund accounting or investment administration is a strong asset, but if you are a fast-learner seeking new challenges and willing to join the investment industry, this may be a position tailored to your expectations and needs.

Good knowledge of German (B2 level) and English (B2) is required. To be successful in the position you need to have a good command of standard Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word, Access & VBA is a plus)
