Your new company – international, prestigious organization we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Accounting Team Leader.

Your new role is to manage of a team providing accounting services to a number of business units and territories, monitoring, controlling and reporting KPIs and SLA to Process Manager, analysing and developing improvement plans. Moreover you will be responsible for monitoring all changes of scope of work and reporting them to Process Manager and contributing to recruitment of team members.

What you'll need to succeed is a Degree in Finance and Accounting or similar. Additional accounting education will be highly valued. Moreover good knowledge of office pack is required (Excel, Word, Power point). A suitable candidate will have preferably minimum 3 years of experience in financial/accounting positions and minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a multinational environment. Proficient knowledge of English is a must. Any other European language will be highly valued. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills.
