Due to rapid growth of our organization we are looking for experienced professionals to join our Finance and Accounting project in Wroclaw. We are currently seeking for individuals for the position of AP/AR Manager who could and would form a core part of the F&A Team.
- Manage accounting functions including maintenance of accounts payable/ accounts receivable; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable/receivable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Develop close cooperation with clients; act as a liaison between the company and external contractors to meet information needs and to ensure the proper information.
- Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.
- Motivates and rewards employees including bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
- Coach and develop team members, identify talents and training needs in the teams.
- Secure and drive KPI and SLA high performance; manage and control cost within the budget. Ensure the processes are aligned to internal policies and standards.
- Prepare and recommend operating improvements.
- min. 5 years of previous experience on similar position gained in international company in SSC/BPO sector.
- previous experience in the area of AP or AR or both is essential.
- strong previous experience in people and performance management is a must.
- ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with the clients.
- experience in budget management.
- very good English skills, knowledge of other European language will be an asset.
- University degree, preferably degree in Accounting or Business related field
- strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills.
