For one of our clients, a newly established Shared Services Center in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST with English.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST will be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes via the AP scanning system, actively managing the invoices that are yet to be coded and/or authorized, sending out remittance advices, dealing directly with suppliers regarding any queries, checking supplier statements monthly to ensure all records are accurate, as well as covering for related processes, e.g. employee expenses.
We are looking for Candidates with an academic degree in Finance or related area, and approximately 2 years of relevant experience, gained preferably in SSC environment, who are well acquainted with MS Office Suite and are fluent in English (min. B2, written and spoken).
