For our Client an international provider of multimodal transportation services and logistics, we are looking for Accounts Payable Specialist.
On this position you will be responsible for intercompany invoicing and you will be expected to work closely with the operating departments and other functional areas. Your everyday duties will include intercompany invoicing, AP statement reconciliation, settlements and AR compensation, handling vendor queries and acting as the face of the business. You will be also responsible for direct communication with the local business units, preparing ad-hoc reports and maintaining database. You will have the opportunity to take part in the new accounting system implementation and identify potential areas for the process improvements.
Your proven professional experience in accounting and good level of English will be essential. You need to have very good organizational skills, detail orientation and accuracy, positive attitude and high motivation to learn new skills and improve competencies.
