For our Client, an American investment company based in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST will be responsible for day-to-day customer service activities, including servicing internal and external customers on requests/queries, as well as providing other AP support as necessary (such as cash&bank activities, monthly operating checklist activities, monitoring open liability reports, issue logs, batching and scanning of invoices and other). ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST will also provide technical guidance to other department personnel, and act as lead to lower level staff.
We are looking for a person with 2+ years of experience, gained preferably in AP area, solid knowledge of fundamental accounting and AP operations, and a degree in Accountancy or related field, who knows MS Office and other business desktop applications, and has strong English skills (speaking, writing and comprehension). Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials will be an asset.
