Accounts Payable Team Leader [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
The primary objective of the role is to manage Supervised roles / units in order to provide agreed level of services, defined by targeted KPIs in line with policies and procedures. Supporting company growth by ensuring proper level of resourcing and proper level of knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- People development and coaching
- Provision and maintenance of relevant knowledge amongst team peers especially when attrition comes in place
- Maintenance of employee satisfaction to ensure acceptable level of attrition (as per IPMP)
- Ensure quality communication across AP teams and EFC departments
- Risk resources planning
- Regular analysis of the KPI and creating proper action plans to reach target levels
- Ensure provision of daily operations in timely and quality manner in line with KPIs
- Strong focus on the client relationship management via regular meetings/phone calls
- Create action plans basing on customer survey and / or ongoing client’s feedback
- Managing M&A projects
- Support implementation of financial systems
- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge and practice in Lean Six Sigma and Scrum framework fundamental tools in order to provide support for the initiatives raised by the team
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken & written English; fluency in other European languages, particularly German is an advantage
- Solid understanding and knowledge of AP processes
- Experience in managing a team
- Great communication skills
- Problem Solving Abilities

- Analytical & logical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a multinational environment
