For our Client, automotive company located near Cracow, we are looking for Candidates on the position of Accounts Receivable Leader.
The key responsibilities of the successful Candidate will include perform accounts receivable collection activities to include collection calls by phone to clients, regarding past due invoices and establishing payment arrangements, respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding account or billing issues, auditing clients’ accounts to ensure accuracy of their invoices, review AR aging to ensure compliance, monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, take actions due to non-payment, interface with sales personnel regarding account details, contracts, payments, provide supporting details for annual, half-yearly Audit as needed. Your duties will also include input Daily Exchange rate and conversions, monthly aging analysis, account reconciliations, booking of bank statements, participate in the month-end and year-end closing process and reporting, internal and external audit and lead, motivate and coach the team on a daily basis to ensure that an excellent level of collections performance is maintained and individuals are developed to their full potential. Moreover you will be responsible for monitor capacity of team and ensure work is evenly distributed amongst team.
We are looking for open-minded Candidates with bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Equivalent combination of education and mi. 1-3 years’ experience in Credit/Collections, Accounts Receivable
The ideal Candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as ability to work independently and manage the tasks properly. We expect experience with SAP FI and good knowledge os Ms Office -especially Excel. What is more Candidate should also present fluency in English.
