Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Managing and coordinating of OtC team in day to day operations (max 15 professionals)

Ensuring that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA
-
Ensuring efficiency & high quality of OtC processes

Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
-
Managing customer satisfaction
-
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
-
Coordinating all HR aspects (also recruitment if applicable)
-
Very good command of English and preferably other European language

Min 2 years of experience on similar position

Experience in relations with Clients

Excellent F&A process understanding & knowledge

Knowledge of SAP environment

Very good knowledge of MS Office,
