We are currently we are looking for:
Accounts Recievable Supervisor
Location: Warszawa
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day to day cash collections operation. Execute month end activities. Act as back up if needed. Leads meetings to provide updates and follows up on agreed actions on accounts.
- Plan, guide and execute training sessions when required to maximize metrics improvement. Share knowledge and experience with peers. Review process documentation to keep it current.
- Assist on complex/escalated items. Interacts with Functional Teams on related matters that will bring solutions and process efficiency.
- Ensure operation compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures, encourage best practices. Identify and develop areas of improvement.
- Manage internal and external audit requests for support and or clarification.
- Staff Managing: Keep an attendance tracker. Interview and assist in staff selection, recommend promotion, disciplinary action (s) and termination of employees. Perform annual performance reviews.
- Arrange operational trainings for new/existing staff. Assure operational activities are fully backed up and documented.
- Cross train with other Accounts Receivable operations to build a strong operational acumen.
- Lead automation projects to promote efficiency and constant process improvement.
- Track key performance metrics/indicators and present the same on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Help with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager, taking a leading role with the rest of the team.
- Participate and lead meetings to provide updates and execute agreed actions on accounts.
Key competences:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively lead team and work with customers and controllers.
- Ability to work well with diverse customers and to build business relationships.
- Finance/Accounting/Business degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable is required (Supervisor experience is preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP is required (SAP, Oracle, AS/400 and JBA experience is preferred)
- Fluent English is required (Basic/Advanced French/Spanish is preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills through decision making, problem solving, teamwork and being results oriented.
