Our client is an international investor in convenience retail real estate sector with very fast growing portfolio. Due to the new expansion plans we are currently looking for Acquisition Director.

Acquisition Director’s principal aim will be to grow retail investment assets according to the company criteria and return. He/she will create, control, coordinate and lead all actions necessary to process investment purchase. He/she will look for investment opportunities, prepare a plan and strategy of the assets grow. He/she will provide acquisition advice and expertise to the management board and will build effective relations with banks, developers and other investment participants

Successful Candidate has to have extensive knowledge and experience of the purchase process of both direct real estate and company acquisitions in retail sector. We require a statement of proven track record as well as outstanding network in retail market. He/she has to have experience in investment underwriting and track record (both acquisition and development).
