For our Client, an international company from the medical industry opening a new SSC in Warsaw, we are seeking Candidates for the role of ADMINISTRATION TEAM LEADER.
ADMINISTRATION TEAM LEADER will be responsible for managing a document control team as well as working operationally, i.e. administering and handling distribution and change control of all documents, creating and publishing statistics and reports, ensuring correct review and archiving of documentation, all in close collaboration with process owners and operational managers, both within and outside the function. As the function develops, the Team Leader will take on the role of further growing the team by transitioning other functions. This will include bringing new staff on-board and implementing a consistent method of working which drives continuous improvement.
We are looking for Candidates with a degree in Business Administration or related field and previous relevant experience, gained preferably in an international SSC environment, who are able to demonstrate high personal integrity, a positive attitude towards change, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, as well as familiarity with MS Office Suite and other office software.
