Responsibilities:
- Implementation and administration (maintenance, backup, users, access rights, reports, contact with the erp supplier etc.) of ERP system and ERP database First line of support (before consulting to the external ERP company) for daily demands of employers from ERP system Development of user manuals, workflows, test case data, training of users, SQL based report and form templates in excel and ERP/BI software
Candidate profile:
- Experience in the information management
- Management experience in information systems of the type ERP, BI (preferably IFS, Oracle Database)
- Analytical abilities, problem solving and understanding of the data exchange between different departments, processes and workflows Knowledge of the SQL and PL/SQL languages Understanding and ability to map between different points of views of regular daily requirements of employers and software infrastructure/ terminology
- Good level of English
