Main duties and responsibilities:
- Handle incident tickets and service requests for Windows servers
- Perform regular security tasks: Patching, Vulnerability Scan
- Health Check remediation process
- Server build
- Handle decommissioning process
- Keep up to date monitoring agent installed on servers
- Support antivirus and antimalware team
- Solve problems when happened and provide management report
- Good knowledge of Windows servers (users rights management, storage, monitoring, installation and configuration roles of server)
- 3+ years of experience with server administration and system troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Active Directory concepts and configuration, including security groups, rights management, delegation, OU structure, object types, and attributes
- Ability to troubleshoot directory replication, DNS, Group Policy Management - Experience in international team
- Good English communication skills
- Possession of good team collaboration skills
- Experience in international team
- Windows 2012 or 2016 MCSA certificate,
- Azure AD,
- AD Federation Services
