AEM team leader / Java & Adobe Marketing Cloud Developer

You are a good match if you:
- are Adobe AEM Developer with strong Java/J2EE background in both front-end web design and AEM integration
- have 3+ years of AEM 6.x/CQ5 experience with 3+ full cycle AEM projects and at least two years in Web experience
- understand all of AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, social components etc., code build and deployment process
- have solid AEM-UI development experience with ES6 Java Script and CSS preprocessors(LESS, SASS)
- are experienced in developing reusable AEM components for authoring content, reusable code libraries, unit testing, automation and code walkthroughs
- possess hands-on knowledge regarding the Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/Maven/Gradle/Gulp)
- are eager to present technical concepts to technical and non-technical internal/external stakeholders
- are able to write clean, modular, reusable code (using design patterns) and experience with unit-test driven approach to development
You get extra points for:
- experience building Responsive websites using ReactJS, NodeJS
- knowledge about Kubernetes, AWS and Microservices environment
- experience working in a (AEM) DevOps environment with continuous integration and deployments
You will be responsible for:
- ensuring an effective relationship between the team, product owner and stakeholders outside the team
- engaging with the wider business to influence and facilitate their Agile journey
- system and architecture design, development of services in AMS platform
- communication with business professionals on business considerations
- unifying the technologies across Adobe Marketing Cloud products
- consulting matching application requirements to the platform and development tools
- building new functionalities for growing application with emphasis on code quality
- taking part in an agile process with amazing team which you can partially build
- giving constructive feedback, suggest improvements and coach other developers on development practices and AMS platform
