Agile Coach
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- leading Agile transformation within an organization
- mentoring teams through their Agile adoption
- teaching and coaching teams about Agile engineering best practices
- providing thought leadership at the firm and project level
- developing and delivering workshops
Requirements:
- at least 8 years of experience in work related to IT software development
- 3+ years of proven experience in the Agile space as a Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master and/or Developer
- experience in leading Agile transformation within an organization and mentoring teams through their Agile adoption
- experience with using Agile and Lean practices; ability to develop and deliver workshops
- project-based experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies
- one of the following certifications: Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and/or Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification
- fluent English – at least C1
- MA/Engineering degree in IT or similar
