REQUIREMENTS
- University degree
- At least experience in the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging, influencing and facilitating collaboration across functional teams
- Well organized and able to develop and monitor action plans
- Able to work independently, think strategically and partner with business, product management as well as engineering
- Excellent level in English
- Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Agile Coach
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching Scrum Masters and Team Members on Agile principles and Values and on Scrum practices
- Coaching Product Owners on Lean Product Development practices in the Agile product development framework
- Guide the team on how to self-organize, prioritize, plan and execute product development
- Contribute in the execution of the transformation journey across the different verticals.
- Educate senior stakeholders on the Agile principles and Values
- Ensure the adoption of Agile practices across the strategic initiatives and the underlining programs by collaborating with the Governances and implementation teams
- Facilitate the product strategy and alignment meetings
