We are looking for a passionate, experienced Agile Coach that will help Motorola with transformation into Agile organization. Responsibilities will include:
• Drive adoption of Agile mindset and engineering practices across the organization
• Coach and develop Scrum Masters, Product Owners and whole engineering teams
• Assist Scrum teams to improve delivery performance through coaching and mentoring on team roles, tools, processes and ceremonies
• Provide training/workshops as needed and support for all Motorola Agile Communities
• Serve as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes
• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders and management at all levels across the organization to manage, inform and influence Motorola engineering culture
Key requirements:
• 3+ years experience in Scrum Master role with multiple SCRUM teams, 1+ year of Agile coaching
experience
• Proof of record of transforming organizations into Agile methodology and mindset
• Experience in creating communities of practices, trainings and knowledge sharing within and outside of organization
• Familiarity with Project Management, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, KANBAN, XP and other Agile practices
• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe)
• Effective Communication: excellent English and Polish communication skills written and verbal,
ability to mentor/coach others, understanding of cultural differences and challenges
Optional requirements:
• Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II)
• Experience in telecommunication or embedded software development
