Responsibilites
- Identification of key drivers for Agile adoption and working with project team and stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies
- Setting goals and roadmaps for Agile adoption, checking them regularly with project stakeholders and adapting transformation direction
- Preparation of training courses
- Coaching and training Agile teams inside and outside Luxoft
- Personal coaching of key team members
- Promotion of Luxoft Agile expertise by speaking at conferences, writing blog posts etc
- Participation in pre-sale activities for Agile projects
- Driving Agile community inside Luxoft
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration facilitation, even in challenging requirements
- Agile mindset
- Servant leadership attitude
- Strong team player
- Deep practical knowledge of at least one Agile process framework
- Understanding of non-Agile SDLC, major differences between two worlds
- Knowledge of Lean principles and experience in implementing them
- Certified ScrumMaster or Certified ICAgile Professional certification is a must
- 5+ years in software development
- 2+ years in Agile projects
- Experience in large-scale distributed Agile projects will be a plus
- Published articles or conference talks on Agile/Lean topics will be a plus
- Fluent English
- Ready to travel
