Agile Practice Manager

Responsibilites
- Work collaboratively with top management and business users to identify and build a world class Agile Delivery Practice and Center of Excellence.
- Coach delivery teams in Agile methods and practices maturing and aligning their Agile Delivery methodlogies.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and track timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Establish controls and cadence to deliver outcome based work within defined capacity.
- Provide agile coaching to teams and solicit participation from stakeholders and SMEs.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Define project success criteria and monitor with involved parties
- Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 to 15 years' experience in technology solutions or consulting.
- Experienced in Inmon, Kimball, Agile, or other data driven methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a very fast paced environment, to manage multiple tasks, work in agile manner‚ and work independently or as a team.
- Excellent analytical skills, the ability to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of company's organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry trends, business environments, technology trends, reference architectures, and product strategies.
- Good knowledge of Big Data and Modern Data (Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence) platforms.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and teamwork.
We offer
As an Agile practice manager you will own and drive the creation of a Agile Practice Centre of Excellence within Luxoft Markets. The Agile Practice will define and document Agile delivery methodologies that can be applied to Delivery teams across Luxoft Markets. The Agile Practice will also be responsible for supporting and coaching teams delivery teams in Agile practices.
