Responsibilites
- Preparation and delivery of Agile training courses
- Coaching and training Agile teams inside and outside Luxoft
- Personal coaching of key team members
- Active promotion of Luxoft Agile expertise by speaking at conferences, writing blog posts etc
- Participation in pre-sale activities for Agile projects
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration facilitation in challenging corporate environment
- Agile mindset
- Strong team player
- Practical knowledge of Agile process framework
- Understanding of non-Agile SDLC
Knowledge of Lean principles
3+ years in software development
- 2+ years in Agile projects
- Certified ScrumMaster or Certified ICAgile Professional certification will be a plus
- Engineering background and experience of training/coaching will be a plus
- Published articles or conference talks on Agile/Lean topics will be a plus
- Fluent English
- Ready to travel frequently (50% average)
