Analyst - Global GDS Management
Responsibilities:
- GDS Setup
- Support and PCC maintenance globally.
- Coordinate 3rdParty Vendor setups while providing detailed guidelines for PCC security standards
- Serve as the expert and liaison between CWT and vendors
- Support guidelines and communications for PCC and security standards
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English Language, both spoken and written
- Other languages an advantageStrong customer relation and presentation skills – ability to articulate technical information in a business related manner
- Knowledge of multiple travel reservation systems used at CWT
- Knowledge of third party vendors such as OBTs
- Experience in GDS Manintenance and Configuration
- STRONG knowledge of Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus including access and configuration
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
