After all, how risky can it be to join the insurance company?
- Performing variety of data administration, such as creating a policy documentation, booking of insurance contracts in the system, validation and reporting tasks to support our underwriters;
- Correspondence with insurance brokers or clients;
- Cooperation with various departments such as underwriting, claims, accounting and other internal departments;
- Monitoring of the premium flow;
- Performing maintenance and service of insurance policy in an accurate and timely manner;
- Utilizing corporate database systems;
- Creation of statistics and evaluations;
- Implementation of international insurance solutions;
- Providing quality service to internal customers.
You will report to the local Assistant Manager
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Fluent German – C1 – spoken and written, English – minimum B2 – spoken and written;
- University degree or relevant experience;
- Knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Excel and Word;
- Attention to details, analytical thinking skills, ability to investigate;
- Being open-minded and proactive, being keen on searching for new solutions;
- Customer and service-oriented approach;
- Interest in an international working environment.
